Key Milestones and Achievements – 2025
In 2025, 外国美女色情片 Malaysia continued to advance gender diversity and strengthen its ecosystem of advocates through focused efforts across the three pillars – Activate, Influence, Enable with Communications听serving听as the thread that binds all our pillars together.
This year, we celebrated 10 years of advancing gender parity in Malaysia, bringing together Corporate Advocates, volunteers, and the broader community to honour our journey.
10th Anniversary Celebration
外国美女色情片 Malaysia celebrated its 10th Anniversary with over 300 attendees and the support of 11听Corporate Advocates and Strategic Partners, including ASTRO, Berjaya Corporation Berhad, Bursa Malaysia, MIDP, Nespresso, Securities Commission Malaysia, Star Media Group, Sunway Berhad, TBWA Malaysia, Tropicana Corporation Berhad, and Velesto Energy Berhad.
A key milestone was the launch of the Men Allies for Parity initiative, endorsed by leading champions of gender equality. The celebration brought together Corporate Advocates, volunteers, and the wider community to mark a decade of progress and impact.

Activate Pillar
Activate focused on onboarding companies through targeted outreach and a commitment to excellence. This strategic approach resulted in a strong portfolio of Corporate Advocates, reinforcing a community dedicated to sustainable growth and value creation for 外国美女色情片 Malaysia.听In 2025, more than 24 new Corporate Advocates were onboarded, bringing the total to 99.听
Influence Pillar
The Influence Pillar expanded its reach beyond the Klang Valley this year, laying meaningful groundwork in Penang and signaling stronger nationwide engagement on gender parity.
While progress outside Kuala Lumpur听has been gradual, it has highlighted the need for more committed, region-based volunteers to sustain and scale future efforts. The key highlights include:
- 听Launched Men Allies for Parity, reframing gender balance as a shared priority for men.
- Penang chapter launch scheduled for January 2026, supported by MICCI and MGCC.
- Expanded presence in Sarawak, participating in Sarawak Women鈥檚 Day and exploring collaboration with the Sarawak Women Leadership Chair.
- Strengthened advocacy with Securities Commission Malaysia and Bursa Malaysia, including a听PLC Roundtable听and Diversity in Debate event for International Women’s Day.
- Supported national programmes such as Securities Commission鈥檚 investED for Returning Women and TalentCorp鈥檚 Wanita MyWira Accelerator.
Enable Pillar (Talent Management and Board Mentoring Scheme)
The听Talent Management听continued building a strong pipeline of board-ready talent through key development programmes, including two Board Resume Masterclasses with Amazon Web Services, Board Interview Dialogue with Institute of Corporate Directors Malaysia, a Speed Mentoring session with Star Media Group, and the听Board Awareness Programme with Employees Provident Fund.
The听Board Mentoring Scheme听in 2025 听recognised the achievements of 27 women from the 10th Cohort and welcomed 16 women into its 11th Cohort, bringing the total number of mentees since 2017 to 164, with 47% successfully securing board positions.

Board Resume Masterclasses sessions hosted at Amazon Web Services, and two听mentoring听sessions with mentors.
Communications – Binding the three听pillars together
Our efforts this year focused on strengthening visibility and engagement, building greater awareness and influence for 外国美女色情片 Malaysia.
Media exposure included an interview with BFM, five published op-eds in The Edge ESG pull-out, and 12 media coverages spanning International Women’s Day听quotes, the 10th Anniversary celebration, and the collaboration with Star Media Group.
Digital outreach continued to grow, with听The Pulse听newsletter expanding its contact list to 423 (394 subscribers), achieving 5,959 sends and a strong 48.7% open rate. On LinkedIn, the Club gained 773 new followers, bringing the total to 8,183.
Brand presence was reinforced through co-branding and partnership initiatives with organisations including American Malaysian Chamber of Commerce, Institute of Corporate Directors Malaysia,听Securities Commission Malaysia, LeadWomen,听Star Media Group and among others). Visual identity was further enhanced with the launch of the 10th Anniversary logo and the 鈥淚nclusive Future鈥 theme.
Our achievements this year are a testament to the commitment and energy of our volunteers and supporters.听We look forward to building on this momentum in 2026 and continuing to advance gender parity in leadership.
