About 30% Club Canada
翱耻谤听aim听is to听engage听both board Chairs and CEOs to set aspirational goals for their own company鈥檚 Path to Parity.
We are calling for听beyond 30%听representation of ALL women on boards and executive teams globally,听with a particular focus on C-suite roles.
We aim for women and gender diverse people to hold听at least 30% of chair and senior independent director roles, as well as executive committee roles听鈥 particularly CEO and CFO roles.
For this reason, we have听aligned with The 50-30 Challenge, an initiative between the Government of Canada, Canadian businesses, and diversity organizations.

The听30% Club Canada Investor Group听is a group of asset owners and asset managers committed to exercising their ownership rights to encourage increased representation of women on corporate boards and in executive management positions in Canada.听

Recognizing the positive impact that diversity听at leadership levels can have on the economy, 外国美女色情片 is committed to building a strong foundation of business leaders to champion meaningful, sustainable change in the听gender balance and broader diversity of boards and executive committees. To accomplish this the Advisory Committee is working to engage Board Chairs and CEOs to commit to accelerate progress towards a minimum of 30% representation.
